By purchasing an product from UHLLC DBA Underhook, I the (Buyer) understand that I the (Buyer) have been informed and I understand Underhook's return Policy and there Websites Terms and Conditions. Underhook's Return Policy and Websites Terms and Conditions are:

1. An item may be return if it has been damaged, (i.e. ripped, disfigured, punctured, shredded or damaged upon repair) due to shipping. All damaged (Buyers) must request a dispute for damage goods with the shipping company that was used.

2. All Sales are final Refund/Cancellation Policy, (i.e. size charts, illustrations and content examples are provided  via www.underhook.com website), to ensure proper content information has been given. Private Label order sales are final after they have been approved and production has started. The ordering client, by placing the order agrees that the ordering client is bound to the order once the order had been placed. Once an order has been placed and processed the customer is bound to the order and can only exchange the item.

3. Shipping time frames, the (Buyer) when decides and initiates to purchase a product from Underhook agrees to the open shipping time frame, the (Buyer) understands that elements out of Underhook's control may effect a reasonable shipping delivery shipping time frame.

4. Pre-Ordering, when pre-ordering the (Buyer) understands that they are purchasing an item from Underhook at a discounted rate and agrees to the shipping time frame that is set and adjusted by Underhook.

5. Product issues, when purchasing a product from Underhook the (Buyer) understands and agrees that All Sales are final Refund/Cancellation Policy, for example if the (Buyer) selects the wrong product, (i.e. size, color, shape, design, information's about a item or rate of an item, or the wrong item's), the (Buyer) agrees that they must return the item's) unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must pay for the shipping cost of the return to Underhook so the (Buyer) can exchange the product. If the (Buyer) wishes to just return the product's) the (Buyer) aggress to pay the return shipping and a 50% re-stocking fee.

6. By purchasing products from Underhook (www.underhook.com), I the (Buyer) understand that non of the products offered or sold by Underhook will guarantee that I (Buyer) will become a super or better athlete and I the (Buyer) agree to all Return Policies and Website Terms and Conditions that have  been adequately explained to me the (Buyer).
